At Snif, we want you to find your perfect scent with confidence, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unopened products. To ensure a risk-free experience, each full-size bottle comes with a trial sample so you can test the fragrance before committing.
Try the Sample First
Before opening your full-size fragrance, use the included 2ml trial vial to test the scent on your skin for a few days.
Initiate Your Return
If the scent isn't a match, visit our online returns portal within 14 days of delivery to request a prepaid shipping label.
Pack It Up
Securely place the unopened, shrink-wrapped full-size bottle in its original packaging; please note that opened full-size bottles are ineligible for return.
Drop Off and Refund
Affix the return label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed once our team verifies the seal is intact.
